Abstract:
Public participation refers to decision making processes between governmental and non-governmental stakeholders. At stake in public participation is the question of what makes decision making processes and outcomes politically and socially valid (Cope 2012). The research structure consists of introduction, two parts and conclusion; the first part is divided into three chapters and presents a historical and theoretical study, the second part is divided into two chapters and provides a practical and an analytical
